​ADMISSIONS​

Application Procedures

  • Complete a tour with our school admissions team. 

  • Complete the online application.

  • Schedule student testing and parent/student interviews.

  • Register through FACTS.

  • Provide the following:

    • a copy of your child's birth certificate

    • a copy of child's immunization records

    • prior year report cards and/or standardized test results

Fees and Tuition

Enrollment Fee (non-refundable): $200 per student. You can pay this fee directly to ACA or have it added to your FACTS payment schedule

Curriculum/Activity Fee (non-refundable): $350 per student, per year (added to the FACTS payment schedule for June or the first tuition payment, whichever comes first.)

 

Tuition for 2026-2027: $9,000 per student, per year (available discounts are noted on the online application). New students who enroll prior to January 30, 2026 will receive the current tuition rate of $8000 per year 


Curriculum Fees & Tuition are paid through our third-party payment collection agency, FACTS.

Please register with FACTS within 5 days of of completing the online application.

Information about requesting financial assistance is provided through the online application.

You must complete the application before requesting financial assistance.

2026-2027 Availabilities

Our availabilities for the 2026-2027 school year are as follows:

Kindergarten: Open. Child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2026
Grade 1: Open. Child must be 6 years old by September 1, 2026
Grade 2: Open.
Grade 3: Open.
Grade 4: Open.
Grade 5: Open.
Grade 6: Open.
Grade 7: Open
Grade 8: Open.
