Application Process

  1. Schedule a Tour
    Meet with our Admissions Team to learn more about Arnold Christian Academy.

  2. Submit an Online Application

  3. Parent & Student Interviews
    Schedule required interviews.

  4. Submit Required Documents

    • Copy of your child’s birth certificate

    • Copy of immunization records

    • Current school contact information (for academic records and transcripts)

  5. Schedule a Shadow Day & Placement Testing
    Students are not required to complete a shadow day , however it is highly recommended. Testing is scheduled for placement only and not a factor of admission. There is a $50 fee for testing for grades 2-8. A verbal evaluation is given to students entering Kindergarten and First Grade. 


Tuition & Fees (2026–2027)

Arnold Christian Academy utilizes FACTS, a third-party tuition management service. Upon acceptance, families must create a FACTS account.

 

Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable):
$200 per student
(Payable directly to ACA or added to your FACTS payment schedule)

 

Curriculum & Activity Fee (Non-Refundable):
$400 per student, per year
(Added to the June FACTS payment or the first tuition payment, whichever comes first)

 

Tuition:
$9,000 per student, per year
(Available discounts are listed in the online application.)

 

Financial Assistance:
Information on requesting financial aid is provided within the online application. The application must be completed before applying for financial assistance.
